Our Values and Ethical Principles

A laboratory’s report is only as reliable as the working discipline behind it. The principles below are not marketing sentences for us; they correspond to written commitments in our quality management system and are checked in internal audits.

Impartiality

We work free from any commercial, financial or administrative pressure that could influence technical decisions. An analysis result is reported exactly as measured, regardless of whom the result favours.

A "Confidentiality and Impartiality Declaration" is signed with our personnel and a "Management Commitment" by management. These documents form part of the quality system.

Confidentiality

Protecting the confidentiality of all customer information is fundamental. Facility names, sample information and result data are not shared with third parties.

A "Responsibility Undertaking" is signed with suppliers visiting our laboratory; in the online results system each account sees only its own facility’s data.

Competence

Competence

Analyses and tests are performed only by qualified personnel. Training activities aimed at increasing the knowledge level of personnel are an indispensable part of the quality system.

We have our competence verified externally by taking part in audits and proficiency tests carried out by independent international bodies.

Traceability

The sampling location, sample type, date and applied method are recorded for every sample. The link between the report number and the laboratory record is preserved; the sample-level report number is the same as the one on the document.

Measurements are made with instruments whose calibration is traceable, and the records are retained.

The right to complain

Every objection concerning a result or a service is recorded and assessed according to a written procedure. Our complaint forms and complaint procedures are publicly available on the Documents page.

The assessment of an objection is carried out by personnel who were not involved in the analysis concerned.

Quotation Request

Request a quotation for the parameters you selected in the analysis catalogue, or describe what you need.
